These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer.

Definitions

"You" and "your" refer to you, as a user of the Site. A "user" is someone who accesses, browsers, crawls, scrapes, or in any way uses the Site. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Travel Agent.

Travel Agent

This website belongs to (Travel Agent Company Name) (the “Travel Agency”) which declares that it acts as intermediary between the users and the suppliers of air or ground transportation services, or any other service purchased through the website of this Travel Agency. In this sense, the Travel Agency agrees to comply with the intermediary services mentioned without prejudice to the exceptions specified in these General Conditions, and is not responsible if these suppliers do not comply with their obligations, nor for unforeseen events resulting from strikes, weather conditions, delays, earthquakes, quarantines, as well as for any material, personal or moral prejudices suffered by the user due to the loss, damage or theft of luggage, nor for accidents, illnesses or deaths. In regards to the above mentioned events, the user should complain directly to the suppliers of the failed service, and the Travel Agency will assist the user as far as possible.

Responsibility Clause

This Travel Agency is subject to the responsibility scheme established by law 300/96, Regulatory Decree 1075/97, Decree 2438 of 2010, and the regulations that modify, add or reform them. The responsibility of the person or company that organizes the tourist plan or package is limited to the intermediation of services. The agency is not accountable to the user regarding air or ground transportation services, and in accordance with the conditions of the contract.

Reimbursement policies regarding services cancelled due to force majeure or acts of nature, action or omission by third parties or by the User not attributable to the travel agency, before or during the trip, that might be the object of refund, shall be defined by each supplier and they will be confirmed once the travel documents are booked and issued, as well as any applicable penalties or deductions. The travel agency is not responsible for the amount required as reimbursement. Pertinent refunds shall be made by the supplier of the service according to its reimbursement policy. The Travel Agency will not be responsible for any refund nor will it accept any interest charges over such amount.

The Agency is not responsible before the User for events such as accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, extreme climate conditions, security conditions, political factors, entry permit or visa refusals, the User’s legal issues, health issues, or any other type of force majeure or acts of nature that might take place before or during the trip.

In case of force majeure or acts of nature, before or during the trip (accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, climate conditions, security conditions, political factors, entry permit or visa refusals, health issues, amongst others), or just to guarantee the success of the trip, the supplier and/or the agency may modify, replace or cancel itineraries, dates, flights, optional services, which is already accepted by the User at the time of purchase.

In case a visa is required, the Travel Agency may provide advisory services, but all matters related to the application process, required documents, analysis, costs, length of time, and approval or refusal is the relevant consulate’s exclusive decision. In case a visa is refused, there shall be no reimbursement of the amount paid by the applicant. In any case, the application process and the compliance with the informed requirements will be the exclusive responsibility of the User.

Payment conditions are specified in the specific terms and conditions of each plan. The amount and method of payment of deposits or advances, tickets, reservations for sport or cultural events, fairs, exhibitions and similar events shall be subject to the conditions of the company that organizes such events, and they shall be informed at the time of purchase.

The User shall be the sole responsible for the custody of luggage and travel documents. The Travel Agency may give advice in case of loss, but under no circumstances will it be responsible for the loss, damage, or deterioration of such items. The Travel Agency shall inform the User of restrictions applied by airlines regarding forbidden items, maximum weight and number of pieces of luggage for each passenger, type of person allowed in certain tourist sights, limitations or access restrictions due to maximum capacity. Nevertheless, it will be the User’s exclusive responsibility to comply with such policies, which may vary by decision of the transport company or the supplier of services.

All prices, fares, taxes, rates or contributions quoted are subject to change, availability and validity without prior notice. They must be accepted by the User at the time of issuance of the travel documents. Restrictions and conditions apply for each fare published according to its own validity. Cancellation policies, penalties, restrictions and particular conditions of the plan shall be informed to the User at the time of issuance of the travel documents.

The User declares that he/she fully knows and accepts these conditions, which constitute the sole and total agreement, exclusive of any pact or legal disposition to the contrary regarding the terms, conditions and restrictions of the services purchased.

Important Conditions

Prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees. As noted above, by making the booking, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions (i.e. increases before full payment and increases attributable to government-imposed taxes, fees or carrier imposed surcharges after full payment will be your responsibility) applicable to your purchase.

Price

We offers a Clear Price Guarantee that states that the quote you receive from us when you book your selected itinerary plus any taxes and applicable fees will be the price you pay. This guarantee does not include any instantly purchased fares as these are prone to change upon final booking. To assure that your booking is covered by our Clear Price Guarantee, you must confirm acceptance of your booking and receive all travel documentation at that time. Late confirmations will be re-priced at current market values and we will alert you to that change. Also, if any changes are made by government agencies or travel providers, we will advise you immediately.

Cancellation

Please be aware that most travel bookings are non-refundable and cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.

Reservations and Payment

Weaccept payment by credit and debit cards issued on the following networks: AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER. Any other person or entity (including a travel agent) who receives monies from participants does so strictly as an agent of participants. Full payment is applied to the credit card entered into the system at the time of booking. Online bookings will be accepted up to 4 days prior to scheduled departure. All reservation made 14days or less prior to departure will be charged a £25 special handling fee to cover costs associated with expedited processing of the booking. We charge a 3% surcharge on all credit and charge card payments. This rate can, however, fluctuate and is dependent on the credit card issuer.

Travel Insurance

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by us to you constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. Please complete your travel insurance form, sign it and return it to us. If you decline travel insurance you will be required to accept a disclaimer. We are not an insurance company and have no responsibility for the submission, payment or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any claims that may fall under the relevant travel insurance policy must be submitted to the insurance company identified in the policy.

Additional Fees

Additional taxes and surcharges (including carrier imposed surcharges) that cannot be pre-collected may be charged locally by car rental agencies, hotels or other suppliers.

Responsibility

We always do our best to make sure your travel arrangements are satisfactory. However, we and our affiliates and their employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns do not own or operate any entity which provides goods and services for your travel including without limitation, lodging facilities, airline, vessel, motor coach, or other transportation companies, guides or guide services, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors and are in no way affiliated to us or any of our affiliated entities.

Liability

Be advised that certain foreign facilities such as air-conditioning systems in public places, hotels and motor coaches may not be up to UK standards. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at owner’s risk. You may see the name we affixed to motor vehicles, on signs around the hotel or elsewhere. This use of our name is purely for reasons of identification and does not denote ownership, supervision, or control by us in any way. The prices of these tours are based on rates in effect (including foreign exchange rates) at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. You specifically agree that we are not liable for any consequential loss or damage.

Passports

All individuals departing from the UK must be in possession of a valid passport. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. You are responsible for confirming with the UK or the representative government agency of the country to which you are traveling to confirm the requirements for visas and/or other requirements for admission to your destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. A government issued ID is required for travel within the UK.

Travel Documents

Travel documents including, without limitation, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions such as, but not limited to, being nonrefundable, non-date-changeable, and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. An incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates and timings may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking.

Health and Special Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Please advise your consultant of any special requirements you may have, for example, special meals, medical requirements and so on.

International Flights

Some countries require insecticide spraying of aircraft prior to a flight or while you are on the aircraft. For more information, please check with your airline provider.

Refusal of Service

Service providers reserve the right to refuse service to travelers at their sole discretion and including without limitation if the traveler:

  • Lacks proper documentation for the country of destination
  • Has a contagious disease
  • Is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics
  • Manifests disruptive and/or unruly behavior

Car Hire

We represents a multitude of car hire companies and act as an agent for our clients when booking or contracting the car hire services. Any resulting contract is between our client and the car hire company subjecting our clients to the terms and conditions of that company.

Cancellations may incur additional fees and are determined by a variety of factors.

As the booking agent for your car hire services, We accepts no liability for the car hire arrangements and are excluded from liability for injury, illness, death, inconvenience, or loss of any kind, or for the unavailability of any car hire services. Any and all claims relating to the above should be forwarded to the cruise and tour companies directly.

Please note all deposits are 100% non-refundable.

As soon as we receive payment, any travel documents will be forwarded to you, the client. Any clients using credit facilities will be issued travel documents instantly.

For late bookings, usually within 3 days of departure, travel documents will be sent via special delivery In the event of late bookings it may be necessary for your travel documents to be sent to you by special delivery. This may incur extra charges by us or our suppliers.

Changes Made by You

We understand that life happens and, from time to time, plans change. If you need to make changes to your travel arrangements after booking confirmation, our team will do everything we can to accommodate those changes. Please keep in mind, some changes may not be possible as it may be too late or that particular booking is not changeable.

We do charge an amendment fee of £10 per person and this fee is in addition to any charges passed on by our suppliers. All changes are subject to the booking conditions of the supplier and these conditions can be made available to you beforehand if necessary.

Amendment fees and provider fees do tend to increase as the date of departure becomes close and you will not be able to amend certain travel arrangements that have already been made.

Cancellation by You

To cancel all or any portion of your travel arrangements, written notification is required by That Us. Any time travel arrangements are canceled, the booking agent incurs costs and these costs are passed on to the client as well as any fees charged by our suppliers. Some bookings are not refundable and these can be found in our suppliers’ terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are available to you, upon request, and should be viewed prior to booking. You may, however, reclaim many of your cancellation fees if the reason for your cancellation is covered in a travel insurance policy. Be sure to understand all cancellation fees and losses that you may incur before requesting any cancellations.

Complaint

If you have any issues, problems or complaints during your travels, let us know, be heard. Bring any issues that you have to the attention of the relevant supplier immediately and follow any specific complaint reports or documentation requested.

Usually, complaints can be resolved quickly by contacting the supplier and explaining the issue. If you are still not satisfied with your resolution, contact us in writing within 28 days of returning from your holiday. Using our contact information below, send along your booking reference number and any complaint related documentation you receive from the travel supplier.
