We understand your travel plans may change, so we offer a simple cancellation policy. Regardless of whether you made your reservation online, via mobile app, or by contacting us through our telephone numbers.
If you need to cancel you’re booking please contact Airport Transport Centre Ltd as soon as possible. Cancellation request must be made in writing to Bookings@airporttransportcentre.com. Your cancellation will be in effect upon receiving a confirmation only. Prepaid reservations canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded with a charge of 10% or £10 which ever is greater. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time. Reservations not prepaid will be charged the total fare, for cancellations less than 3 hours before pick up or flight arrival time or in the case of the client “No Show” once the inclusive time has lapsed.
As general rule journeys from airports are dispatched up to one hour before flight arrival, journeys within areas we provide a service to, are normally dispatched up to twenty minutes before their due time.
Invoices will be sent for cancellations of a booking that have not been pre-paid, These invoices must be paid within 3 days and any unpaid invoices will incur a minimum 10% charge of the original invoice amount. The time stipulated for payment shall be of the essence of the Agreement. Failure to pay within the period specified shall entitle us to write to you and upon the expiration of seven days notice, to charge you for costs and expenses incurred in recovering late payments, and to charge interest at the rate then in force pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as at the due date or on the above rate whichever is the greater.

Refunds to credit/debit cards can only be refunded to the original card used within 7 days of the original booking date. Refunds made by cheque can only be made out to the customers' name that made the original booking. This will be posted to the customer within 5 days of the original booking date.
Referral from Third Part Sites to payment gateway
Some third party sites may refer to us your booking and may also refer you to our payment gateway. Please note that we have no control over third party referrals, incase of any additional charges they may add before being forwarded to our payment gateway. We are also in any circumstances not liable for any cost that may be incur (merchant charges etc) should the links not be stable, double or duplicate payments, payment issues due to internet connection or repeatedly pressing the payment link. In such cases we reserve the right to claim all merchant charges as well as an administration fee of GBP 25 for investigating the matter on your behalf.
Airport Transport Centre Ltd to cancel all services and provide up to 100% of the refunds (within 7 days of the original booking date), in the event of circumstances beyond their control. If a car breaks down during the journey, Airport Transport Centre Ltd will provide an alternative with a practical time allowance.
No refunds will be given for journeys terminated partway through the hire, full fare will be due to the driver and/or invoice issued if the journey is not pre-paid. No refunds will be provided if the client fails to wait for their car/driver and without prior authorisation/agreement with the support centre. If we fail to provide a service and alternative transportation is arranged by client with our agreement we will pay the difference to the client for any extra cost involved.
